Our customers policy at Iconic is built around making our customers purchase experience tailored to your satisfaction by any means necessary. We will never share or sell your information for any purpose. Your trust in us is taken very seriously and we have a strong no-spam policy. Personal information you provide will only be used to complete and verify your order only for security purposes. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the use of this website. Your use of for making an actual purchase indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. reserves the right to decline any customer. Once you have placed your order, a credit card authorization will take place for the full amount of the order. An authorization checks if your credit card is valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the online transaction. The total amount of the online transaction is held and deducted from your credit card limit. Even though the funds are held and deducted from your credit limit, the funds are not automatically transferred to us until we capture the funds. Typically, we try to capture funds and ship your order within a 7-day window. However, some pieces may take longer to produce and therefore may not ship for 2-3 weeks from date of order. Your jeweler will make attempt to mediate the loss in the meantime.


We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, (usually next day) but some items can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. If you need something by a certain date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to put that in the notes section of your order, or send us an email at We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.


  •  Refunds are not issued for custom projects whatsoever. Although negotiation can be made for rework. 

  • All appointments are $20 (subject to change) cash paid at the time of appointment and the total of the order completed through the emailed invoice.

  • All orders are subject to 1 adjustment after receiving.

  • Allow up to 2 weeks for all custom orders, 4 days for shipping. 


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the items can be returned in original condition and packaging (to avoid restocking fee $50) within a 3-day time frame after product exchange.

  • Shipping and delivery costs for the item will not be refunded.

  • There will be a restocking fee for every return processed - we do not resell items.

A restocking fee shall be applied for returned goods without original packaging, invoice, or original condition of the product.

Following the price range table provided below:

  • $100 - $299 = $50

  • $300 and up = $100 restocking fee

  • Please note that other retailers charge 15% of your total order.

  • In MOST cases, we can use your restocking fee as credit towards an upgraded exchange.

  • All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. If the returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing), this disqualifies the buyer from a refund, and it shall not be issued, and the purchased item will be sent back to buyer.

  • Any Custom work (including resizing, custom order, any dipping of the gold, etc.) will be exempt from all return policies. This work (item) is designed for a specific individual and therefore cannot be accepted back under any per-existing terms. Exchange only applies, AFTER quality inspection.

  • Body Jewelry is non-Refundable

    Returns with our merchandise are rare as we take great means to provide you your merchandise in the best possible way.

  • The card holders bank may charge a currency conversion fee as all of our charges are made in US dollars.

  • Iconic can accept a variety of payment types. When you purchase an item through our shopping cart system, you will have the option of paying with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, PayPal (customer is subject to PayPal fee's). However, we do accept other types of payments such as: Bank Wire Transfer via Zelle, Apple Pay, Robinhood etc.

  • Cash is not accepted​ - in cases cash has been accepted there are no refunds


    In some rare cases, credit card payments will have to be verified. Whenever we determine that card verification is necessary, our representative will call you shortly after we receive your payment to verify some key information, such as your shipping address. We take this extra precaution to make sure that you authorized the purchase made on your credit card.


  • Items usually ship within 7 to 5 days of purchase. (You will be notified if longer than 5)

  • When the item does ship but only after 12 days from full payment date, it will be express delivered at no extra charge.

  • You will be provided a tracking number once that number is generated by the mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

  • If you need an item by a certain date, this can be arranged. Please call any of our Customer Jewelers if you wish to make this type of request.

  • We ship WORLD-WIDE; contact us for the rates.

  • Note 1: Your item will be professionally packaged.

  • Note 2: All packages shipped within Oklahoma are subject to the Oklahoma State Sales Tax of 9.0%.
